03 - Zest from 1 orange, finely grated (reserve a wedge if desired)

# How to Make It:
01 - Place two serving glasses on the work surface and fill each with ice cubes to chill.
02 - Measure and pour 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) cold brew coffee into each glass.
03 - Gently add 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) tonic water to each glass, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation.
04 - Use a spoon to stir each drink once or twice, blending the layers without losing effervescence.
05 - Express the orange zest over each drink to release oils, drop the zest into the glass and add the reserved orange wedge if using.
06 - Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.
